Twelve years ago today, sometime between 2:00 and 2:19, a miracle happened.  A man who far exceeded even my grandest dreams stood before the Lord and our loved ones and committed to be bound to me for the rest of our lives.

How thankful I am for that moment, and for all of the moment100_8518s since.  God has used and continues to use this amazing man and our relationship to confirm and build what He created me to be.  I wouldn’t be who I was made to be without Doug.  Amazingly, I love him more than I ever dreamed of loving him then, and I see that love and our relationship grow with each passing year. 

Thank you for being my husband!  I love you!  Happy anniversary!
