Lord, I’m tired.
Tired of being out of sorts.
Tired of being distant.
Tired of being undisciplined.
Tired of not giving You everything.
Tired of missing Your sweet voice.
Tired of being caught up in my own meaningless affairs.
Tired of my brain being active with so many meaningless things.
Lord, I am ready.
Ready to be focused.
Ready to be in Your arms.
Ready to follow You in every step of my day.
Ready to surrender to You completely.
Ready to hear Your beautiful voice.
Ready to be in the center of Your activity.
Ready to be Your vessel.
Ready to absorb Your Word.
Thank You, Lord, for allowing me to grow tired so that I can be made ready.
